Avon and Somerset Police and Crime Commissioner Mark Shelford joined Sedgemoor District Councillor Graham Godwin-Pearson and representatives from James Heappey's office, the County Council, District Council, Parish Council, police and Cheddar Vision today in Cheddar to discuss ways of tackling anti-social behaviour.
The group spoke about noise cameras, ANPR, CCTV, police presence and a number of other possible options for the village.
Graham said, "The issues in Cheddar affect a wide area - not just Cheddar itself but Axbridge and beyond. It was great to get everyone together in one place to discuss what the issues are exactly, what data is needed and what possible enforcement options are available to us now and in the future."
